​​​​​Currently accepting volunteers who are 18 years of age or older and have completed High School or received a G.E.D. No experience is necessary as all training and equipment is provided by the Department. Positions as Firefighters, Wildland Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians or a combination of all these fields are available. Members are not required to be certified in multiple fields, but are encouraged to attend as much training as practical. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable training and experience while making a direct and positive impact on people's lives.

Applicants must complete and submit the Department's application package (see below), pass a background check and physical exam. Once accepted for membership, members are provided an orientation and initial course of instruction. After successfully completing a brief probationary period, minimum requirements include performing 24 cumulative hours of In-District or In-Station availability per month, attending a minimum of ​two Tuesday night training drills per month, and participating in Company Duty every third weekend.​​​
